EngraveThis has been rebuilt from the ground up. The idea is unchanged — one honest, free reference for laser engravers in the UK and beyond — but everything about how it's organised is new.

What's here now: a settings library covering diode, CO2, fibre and UV lasers, with the reference wattage stated on every entry; ten tutorials that build skills in order, from your first test grid to your first metal mark, each with diagrams; a guide page for every major material answering the questions people actually search — can you engrave it, how, and what to watch for; and a safety section covering the materials that must never go in a laser, and why.

What's next: more materials, more tutorials, and community-tested settings. If you've dialled in a material we haven't covered, get in touch — settings with a stated machine and wattage are exactly what this site exists to collect.
